Note that all Mass Parts have been retained in this sequence. This is the second week with our new drummer so I wanted to leave it intact for comparative purposes. Going forward, I will most likely cut out the Mass parts again.

Interesting observations this week:
1. I know we sometimes turn "down" the volume for a pre-mass. Don't know if we did but it seems like we might have. If so, we shouldn't do this anymore. Seems like Gathering was a better volume. However, much like the volume problem I experience between the volumes on my 12 and 6, we need to find a volume setting on Patrick's guitar (not the sound board) that he can turn up for picked songs versus strummed songs.
2. Drums - with the exception of the people sitting the closest to us, the volume is nice. It's not "in your face" but rather a nice, constant pulse. In some cases it could be a tad louder actually. (Never thought I'd say that).
3. I think we need to go back to Nina's ideas for stand arrangement. We always wind up in a straight line and I can't see who I need to see, and others can't see me when they need to. Nina can't be behind me cause then I can see everyone but her and then I miss the hand signals to stop songs or repeat refrains or verses.
